Welcome to Soul of the Sea PCB - a Blue Water Vacations PCB two bedroom condo in Tower II at the amazing Edgewater Resort.

This condo is spacious, updated and comfortable, having just undergone a complete remodel. Situated directly beachfront, the stunning interior is only rivaled by the spectacular view outside the floor to ceiling glass door/windows.

You cannot miss the Emerald Coast view from every inch of the living area, dining area and kitchen with island. The balcony is private with seating to soak up the sights and sounds of the water and sand. Inside, our sleeper sofa is comfy and complemented by a loveseat and a Smart TV with streaming capabilities. Our kitchen features all full sized appliances as well as small appliances like coffee pot (traditional and single cup), toaster, blender, and ice maker inside the fridge. A large island offers bar seating to complement the dining table for four.

Down the hallway you'll find the master bedroom with a king bed, smart TV, clothing storage, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. The second bedroom provides a queen bed, smart TV, clothing storage and access to the second bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

A stackable washer/dryer and high speed internet round out condo amenities.

We have a max occupancy of six, and primary renters must be at least 25 years old (firm). No pets or ESA are allowed at Edgewater Resort. Your booking includes the resort's registration fee, amenity wristbands, and two parking passes.

Right in front of our tower is a seasonally-heated pool and hot tub, and plus guests can enjoy all the amenities of Edgewater.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $300 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags). Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
